				I contracted URB recently to complete some light remodeling in our kitchen and bathroom, including the addition of tile backsplashes, new mirrors, electrical and plumbing updates. From our initial estimates conversations all the way to the final stages, Remi showed excellent follow-through and communication throughout the project. He took care to answer my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and accommodated adjustments to the scope of the work. The only issue we ran into was a small miscommunication about a particular detail regarding the execution of the kitchen backsplash, but after clarifying to the team they were happy to revise and we did not lose much time at all. I enjoyed the collaboration with Remi and his team, and we're super happy with the quality of their work and that it was completed within our target timeframe and budget. Remi came out and listened to what we wanted to do, pitched some good ideas and came back with a fair price that matched the ballpark of what my friend who flips homes said it should be. Remi and his team got started earlier than I expected and were finished in just three weeks! All through the process, I got great communication, helpful suggestions, and top notch quality.  Remi even provided a creative solution to another issue we were having with one of the beam cracking, by extending part of the framing to provide support.  The outcome looks fantastic, even better than I had envisioned.  I cannot recommend URB enough, probably the most positive experience I have ever had with remodeling/repairs to our home ever. If we ever do any type of remodeling in the future, I know who to call.

				I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with a toilet that was (very poorly) installed 4 years ago. There was a sewage odor that was the result of a poorly sized and lined up wax ring. I got Remi’s name from a friend and in a matter of days the job was done, and at a very reasonable price I might add. The plumber, Abel is the nicest, sweetest guy in the world. I know Remi does much bigger jobs than this and I appreciate that he took the time to help me out. Great company.
