For more than 38 years, our team has worked in Chicago-area homes and residential buildings. That experience matters before construction begins: existing conditions must be understood, priorities need to be translated into a practical scope, and the work has to be sequenced around the property and the people who live there.
URB provides kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, condo and high-rise renovation, structural layout changes, and whole-home remodeling. Each project is considered as a complete system—from flow, storage, lighting, and finishes to the construction details behind the walls.

We plan around applicable permit and inspection requirements, condominium board approvals, alteration agreements, delivery windows, elevator scheduling, work-hour restrictions, common-area protection, and fixed building systems.
